Outside Sales Representative

We have immediate opportunities for Sales Professionals with our National Sales Expansion. Qualified candidates are self-driven, high achievers. Sales Representatives are responsible for applying consultative solution sales experience to help prospects and develop new business, identify opportunities, cross sell, and up sell opportunities. Successful candidates will work to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, deliver sales quotations, consult on and follow project process.

A strong knowledge of Additive Manufacturing/3D printing is required. A successful track record of selling to marketers, manufacturers or engineers in automotive, medical device, heavy equipment, aerospace, appliance, consumer packaging or any similar vertical will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a list of customers via prospecting, cold calling, customer referrals, leads, networking, community involvement and other means of developing business.
  • Proactively develop new prospects.
  • Develop and achieve agreed upon weekly, monthly and annual sales objectives.
  • Maintain customer lists and organize appointments.
  • Negotiate with the customer to secure the business.
  • Quote prices accurately, while completely ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction.
  • Follow up with the customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction.
  • Attend regular sales meetings and any other training programs as required.
  • Work well independently and within a team environment.
  • Adhere and uphold the values and culture of our company, including high customer service oriented expectations.

Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives to support the continuing efforts of our outside sales force as well as maintain and develop relationships with exisiting Met-L-Flo client base. Qualified candidates are self-driven, high achievers. Successful candidates will work to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, deliver quotations, consult on and follow project process.

Knowledge of Additive Manufacturing/3D printing is preferred.  Strong understanding of conventional manufacturing technologies or engineering background is desired.  A successful track record of selling to marketers, manufacturers or engineers in automotive, medical device, heavy equipment, aerospace, appliance, consumer packaging or any similar vertical will also be considered.

Program Manager

Energetic, enthusiastic, engineering minded individual with multi tasking capability needed for growing Program Management Team. Qualified candidate will have multiple CAD software and manufacturing experience, be detailed oriented and ENJOY a fast-paced office while fulfilling multi faceted responsibilities. A positive, can and will do attitude a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to determine best process based on part geometry requirements
  • 3D file manipulation and conversion
  • Outstanding customer relations, both in person and over the phone
  • Maintaining and recording customer information
  • Ensure project completion from quote to ship
  • Ability to anticipate customer and team members needed information and relaying that information appropriately
  • Consistent customer satisfaction follow up
  • Attend regular sales meetings and any additional trainings as required
  • Adhere and uphold the values and culture of our company, including high customer service oriented expectations.
