Sales Representatives
Problem-solving people persons are welcome to join our team as we help our clients apply advanced solutions to client applications. We are looking to expand our team as clients want us more involved in implementing solutions for their development and manufacturing processes. Working with our program management team we would develop, propose, and kick-off programs to make these solutions a reality.
Key candidates would have engineering and manufacturing experience, and the ability to manipulate CAD data, read drawings and ENJOY working with a diverse team. Contact us to discuss more of the details.

Program Managers
Energetic, enthusiastic, engineering-minded individuals with multi-tasking capability needed for growing Program Management Team. The focus will be working with clients in various industries to clearly define and quantify the program scope. Qualified candidates will have CAD software and manufacturing experience, be detailed oriented and ENJOY a fast-paced office while fulfilling multi-faceted responsibilities. An engineering background is a plus. A positive will do attitude is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to determine the best process based on part geometry requirements
- 3D file manipulation and conversion
- Outstanding customer relations, both in-person and over the phone
- Maintaining and recording customer information
- Ensure project completion from quote to ship
- Ability to anticipate customer and team members needed information and relay that information appropriately
- Consistent customer satisfaction follow up
- Attend regular sales meetings and any additional training as required
- Adhere to and uphold the values and culture of our company, including high customer service-oriented expectations.

Engineering Interns
Met-L-Flo is looking for Engineering Interns who are excited to learn more about Additive Manufacturing (3D printing)! Ideal candidates have some knowledge of additive manufacturing and are pursuing a degree in engineering or manufacturing. Responsibilities would include supporting our production team on all types of programs. Previous experience using CAD, running 3D printers, and reading drawings is preferred.

Manufacturing Interns
Met-L-Flo is looking for a detail-oriented, hardworking Manufacturing Intern. The ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field. Good hand skills and knowledge of basic engineering and manufacturing are preferred. Daily responsibilities would be to support the production crew and assist with programs.
Responsibilities:
- Basic machine operation
- In-process inspection and measurement tools
- Reading drawings
- Manual and mechanical finishing skills
- Program logistics
