Program Manager

Energetic, enthusiastic, engineering minded individual with multi tasking capability needed for growing Program Management Team. Qualified candidate will have multiple CAD software and manufacturing experience, be detailed oriented and ENJOY a fast-paced office while fulfilling multi faceted responsibilities. A positive, can and will do attitude a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to determine best process based on part geometry requirements
  • 3D file manipulation and conversion
  • Outstanding customer relations, both in person and over the phone
  • Maintaining and recording customer information
  • Ensure project completion from quote to ship
  • Ability to anticipate customer and team members needed information and relaying that information appropriately
  • Consistent customer satisfaction follow up
  • Attend regular sales meetings and any additional training as required
  • Adhere and uphold the values and culture of our company, including high customer service oriented expectations.

Office Administrator

Met-L-Flo is looking to fill the position of an office administrator to support our team. This position would support and communicate with a variety of teams here at Met-L-Flo such as, Sales, Accounting and Human Resources.  The ideal candidate would have basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and SalesForce and would have some previous experience as an administrator. Do you work well in a team setting and are detail oriented? Join our team!

Engineering Intern

Met-L-Flo is looking for an Engineering Intern who is excited to learn more about 3D printing! Ideal candidates have some knowledge in additive manufacturing and are pursuing a degree in engineering or manufacturing. Responsibilities would include supporting the production team for all programs. Previous experience running 3D printers and CAD preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • CAD file processing and manipulation
  • Reverse engineering
  • Part inspection 
  • Manufacturing and program support

Manufacturing Intern

Met-L-Flo is looking for a detail oriented, hardworking Manufacturing Intern. The ideal candidate would be pursuing a degree in manufacturing, engineering or a related field. Good hand skills and knowledge of basic engineering and manufacturing is preferred. Daily responsibilities would be to support the production crew and assist with programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Machine operation
  • In-process inspection
  • Manual and mechanical finishing operations
  • Program logistics
