Jeff Duncan: Business Development Manager for the Southeast region

            Jeff earned a degree in Engineering Design & Technology from the University of Central Florida. After college his interest in 3D Technology led him to help build a Rapid Product Development, Rapid Prototyping, and Additive Manufacturing/3D printing Firm called Mydea. He helped grow the company to be a leader in their industry from 2007-2012. While at Mydea Jeff was heavily involved as Design Engineer, Application Engineer, Project Engineer, and Accounts Manager. After Mydea he worked as a Mechanical Engineer for Q4 Services, designing and manufacturing displays for flight simulators and other types of simulators. Then Jeff moved to EMS, Inc. where he began engineering and consulting as the Application engineer for 3D technologies.

            In May of 2016, Jeff became the Business Development Manager in the Southeast region for Met-L-Flo, Inc. His many years of experience on the engineering and design side of our industry make him a great asset for existing and potential clients in the Southwest.  Met-L-Flo President Carl Dekker has been a long time mentor of Jeff and the two have partnered on several industry projects throughout the years. Jeff and Carl both look forward to working even more closely on the Met-L-Flo, Inc. team.

            Jeff currently lives in Tampa where he has been for the past several years. He has patent pending inventions that were created over his several years in engineering for many different fields. He enjoys discussing new technology and inventions so if you have any questions or comments for Jeff he would love to talk with you about them. In his free time Jeff enjoys playing drums and guitar in a band. Also he is a big spear fisher and loves scuba diving and many other water sports.

Gregory Gieseler Business Development Manager for the Midwest region

            Greg graduated from Loyola University of Chicago in 2006 with a Bachelors degree of Business Administration in Economics. After college he joined Hanjin Shipping where he was responsible for handling logistical and customer support to their three major Chicago area customers. From there Greg transitioned to Computer Aided Technology Incorporated where he was a successful business development manager. In his first year he was recognized by DS SolidWorks as the Top Enterprise Data Management salesman for his region. The DS SolidWorks North American “80’s Club” also inducted him for selling over 80 licenses of SolidWorks CAD software. After establishing his name in the SolidWorks software industry he joined Graphics Systems, Inc. where he helped to develop the business and sold CAD software to new and existing clients.

            In May of 2016, Greg joined Met-L-Flo, Inc. as a Business Development Manager anchored in the Midwest. His knowledge of the industries we serve and relationship building skills have provided an immediate impact for our company. Greg will work with existing and potential clients uncovering areas where Met-L-Flo, Inc. can partner with them to solve their manufacturing needs. 

        Greg is a ACHA certified hockey coach and enjoys helping out with the Naperville Sabres Hockey Club and the Loyola University of Chicago Men’s Hockey Club.
