Met-L-Flo 3D Printing Services

SLA is the perfect solution for a variety of different production problems you might be facing.

For example:

  • Fit and Function Testing
  • Jigs and Fixtures
  • Marketing Parts
  • Patterns
  • Secondary Tooling Applications
  • Single-Run Production

There are many industries we work with that utilize our SLA technology including but not limited to:

  • Aerospace and Defense
  • Automotive
  • Consumer Appliance
  • Electronic Housing
  • Medical Devices

Stereolithography, also known as SLA, uses a laser to solidify a photopolymer resin. This builds parts layer by layer.

SLA is a great choice for complex geometries due to its precision when building and the ability to apply a variety of finishes after the build is done.

SLA is defined as Vat Polymerization and is one of the seven processes defined by ASTMSLA 3D Print F42. Met-L-Flo, Inc. uses our large-capacity SLA systems, as well as our expertise in model finishing, to produce quality parts of your direct digital manufacturing designs in an accelerated timeframe.

Met-L-Flo’s expert finishers also make SLA a wonderful medium for your sales and marketing needs. We can handle full assembly models for photo shoots, focus group samples, and everything in between. Our internal color-matching capabilities allow us to match your preferred visuals to match that of your production parts.
