Custom Selective Laser Sintering Prototypes

SLS allows for functional prototypes that can be put to real world use. SLS prototypes are great for low volume production and direct digital manufacturing. It also allows for functional testing on things such as sample tanks. It is the ideal solution for hollow parts and one of SLS’s big differences is the ability to build parts free of support.

SLS allows for end use parts. This makes it the perfect process for additive manufacturing applications such as machining, Fused Deposition Modeling, Vac forming, and more. There is a wide variety of finishes, coatings, and materials available for Selective Laser Sintering prototypes. It offers a variety of other benefits as well including:

  • Fast quote
  • Hollow prototypes such as bottles and tanks
  • Multiple finishes available
  • Special additive coating for fuel tank applications
  • Ideal for snap fits, living hinges, and high heat applications
  • Multiple filled and unfilled nylon materials available
